Terms and conditions

BOOKING AND BOOKING DOWN PAYMENT:

The booking is valid only after receiving our confirmation. It will be sent to you once we have the down payment of 30% of the total rental amount (8€ minimum for pitches). The booking is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person.

BOOKING FEE:

Booking fee of 15€ apply to all group bookings, VACAF and all bookings that are not made online. Go show is subject to a fee of 3€.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE AMOUNT FOR YOUR STAY:

The payment of the total amount of your stay should be done the day of your arrival (in cash, credit card, bank transfer, no checks).Group bookings – as of 3 cabins, (max of 20 people) or 3 pitches and more -the payment of the balance is requested 40 days prior to arrival date.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION:

Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge but are subject to availability. In case of delay, please notify the campsite management. Without any message indicating your delay and 24 hours after the planned date of your arrival, you will lose your booking and your holiday home will be available to reservation. Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) is no subject to any refund.

If the campsite cancels your stay, except in cases of force majeure, you will be fully refunded. This cancellation gives not right to damages.

The original booking can be cancelled free of charge until 15 (fifteen) days before the date of arrival. After this date we will keep your down payment. Also in case of on-time cancellation customers can opt for transforming their down payments into a credit valid for 18 months

Group bookings can be modified or cancelled without penalties 40 days prior to arrival date.

The customers can opt for their own travel insurance, which will cover their cancellation costs.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE - CABINS AND CHALETS:

A deposit of 200 € (in cash or credit card, no checks) will be requested before any rental delivery. An inventory check list is available on site. Please report any anomalies the same day otherwise they will not be taken into account.

You should keep the holiday home clean and restore it at the end of your stay as such. Otherwise, the sum of €60 will be deducted from your deposit. You can also opt for a cleaning option upon your arrival.

BEDDING - CABINS AND CHALETS

Due to hygiene reasons, the campsite provides the bed linen for 7€ per person. This service is compulsory and added to the rental costs.

PETS

Additional fee is applied. Please see the rates. Dogs must be kept on a leash and must never be left alone indoors or outdoors. Certain breeds are prohibited - please contact the campsite for more information.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Cabins and chalets: arrivals as of 4 p.m. departures until 11 a.m.

Pitches: arrivals as of 4 p.m. departures until 1 p.m.

INTERNAL RULES:

Anyone staying at the campsite is required to comply with the internal rules, available on the website campingaupaysdehanau.com and at the reception desk.
