Internal rules
Admission
To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. Any offense may result in the expulsion of its author with use of police force if necessary.
No one can set up their main residence at campsite.
Double-axle caravans are not allowed. Please contact the managers.
The campsite is closed each year between 1st October and 14th April: During this period no one is authorized to enter the premises except for winter chalet rentals.
Police procedures
Pursuant to the article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and Right of asylum, the foreign nationality travelers must complete and sign, upon their arrival, an individual police record, containing:
1 ° Surname and first name(s);
2 ° Date and place of birth;
3 ° Nationality;
4 °Address.
Children under the age of 15 may appear on a parent's card.
Setting up
Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be set up on the pitch and upon instructions given by the manager or his representative.
Users must respect the general aesthetics of the campsite. The place must not be encumbered with any other equipment than the caravan or mobile home according to the outdoor hostelry regulations.
Reception desk
Reception desk is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
At the reception desk, you will find all the information on the services available on the campsite, shopping, sport facilities, tourist attractions and useful addresses.
You can also start a complaining procedure at the desk.
Check-in and Check-out procedures
The payment for the entire stay or the remaining balance is collected upon the arrival.
In addition to these rates, the local tourist tax must be collected, per adult and per day.
The check-in time starts at 4 p.m. and finishes at 7 p.m.
The check- out time is up to 11 a.m. for rentals and 1 p.m. for pitches.
Customers should notify the reception desk of their departure the day before.
Disturbance and quiet hours
Guests are kindly requested to avoid all noises and loud discussions which may disturb their neighbors.
Audio devices should be adjusted accordingly. Campers should be as discreet as possible when closing car doors and boots.
Total silence must be kept between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Visitors
Upon manager's or his representative permission, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.
The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be chargeable at a rate which must be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
Visitors' cars are not allowed in the campsite.
Driving and parking
Vehicles must drive at a speed limited of 10 kms/hour and respect interior signs of the campsite. Traffic is not allowed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may circulate in the campsite. Only one vehicle is authorized per pitch, unless authorized by the manager and upon the payment of the additional fee.
Parking is strictly prohibited on the sites usually occupied by the accommodation, unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking should not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.
Parking in the outdoor car park: users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their vehicle and equipment, the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of damage, breakage or theft.
Facilities maintenance
Everyone is invited to take care of the cleanliness, hygiene and the good aspect of the campsite and its facilities, especially sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to throw wastewater on the ground or in the gutters.
Clients must empty wastewater
in the facilities provided for this purpose.
The car washing is not allowed on the campsite.
Household garbage, waste of all kinds, and paper must be sorted and placed in the containers provided for this purpose.
The back yard is a private area. It is strictly forbidden to access it without the agreement of the managers and to deposit anything there.
All vegetation and flowers must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, to cut branches, to plant without the prior agreement of the managers.
It is not allowed to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.
Any degradation committed to vegetation, fences, land or installations of the campsite will be subject to compensation.
The pitch used during the stay must be kept in the same condition as the camper found it upon their arrival.
Security
- a) Fire
It is strictly prohibited to set an open air fire (wood, charcoal, etc). Stoves must be kept in good conditions and not be used in a hazardous way.
In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers should be used when necessary.
A first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
- b) Cigarettes
Smokers are advised to remain very careful when smoking outside of their residence. It is strictly forbidden to drop cigarette ends on the ground. The use of ashtrays is compulsory.
- c) Theft
Campers keep the responsibility of their own installation and must inform the manager or their representative of the presence of any suspect individual. Campers are advised to take the usual precautions for backing up their equipment. The management is not in charge of items supervision.
Games and playgrounds
No violent games can be organized near the facilities.
Playgrounds are available to children under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. It is imperative to respect the age groups of each game. Access to the various collective facilities such as playgrounds, swimming pool, is under the full responsibility of the users. Unaccompanied visitors and unaccompanied minors are not allowed in the facilities.
Swimming
Depending on weather conditions, the swimming area may be open from July 01 to August 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The management may decide to extend or reduce the opening hours/days.
- a) Access
Free access to the pond is strictly reserved to campers. They must comply with the health and safety rules. Showering prior to the access is compulsory.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents who assume the exclusive supervision and responsibility.
The management and its employees decline all responsibility of accidents within the swimming .
Strictly forbidden in the swimming area are:
- animals - smoking - swimming with shoes others than water shoes All waste must be thrown in the bins provided for this purpose.
- b) Liability
Campers are committed to observe the internal rules upon their admission to the campsite. Swimming is not supervised and swimmers take the whole responsibility of their behaviour and security. The management or its representative may occasionally check if internal rules of the swimming area are kept. In case of non-respect, the badly behaving person can be temporarily or permanently not allowed in the area.
Pets
Pets must not be left walking free on the campsite. They cannot be locked up inside all alone in the absence of their owner, who are civilly responsible for them. They must not disturb others or affect safety and cleanliness of the campsite. Their droppings must be collected.
Pets are forbidden in the showers.
Visitors cannot bring their pets.
The customer must then provide a certificate of insurance and vaccination. Dogs of the 1st category "attack dogs" (pit bulls ...) and of the 2nd category "guard dogs" (Rottweiler ...) are not allowed.
For any animal an additional fee will be applied according to the posted rates.
Storage option
Equipment may not be left unoccupied on the campsite unless upon the manager’s agreement and only at the indicated area. This service is payable according to the rates on display.
Caravans –mobile homes
Caravans and mobile homes must keep their means of mobility all the time. Wheels fitted with pneumatic tires - Towing device - Regulatory lights and braking system.
Each caravan can install a removable canvas awning in front or on the side. It is not allowed to have two awnings. No additional facilities can be set on the pitch site without written authorization from the manager.
The site is intended only for leisure use, excluding all professional, industrial, commercial or craft activities. It is not allowed to take up residence or put the home address at the campsite.
Fences
It is not allowed to add any fences without the written authorization of the management.
Campsite managers
They are responsible for maintaining order and the good housekeeping. They have a duty to sanction serious breaches of the rules and, if necessary, to expel their perpetrators. Disrespectful aggressive behaviour leads to expulsion without warning.
Degradation
Any damage and reparations will be charged to their authors. It is emphasized that children are under their parents’ responsibility.
Display
The internal rules and evacuation instructions are posted in the panels provided for this purpose and at the reception desk. They can be given to the customers upon request and are available on internet. The rules can be modified at any time and without further notice.
Breach of internal regulations
In case a resident constantly disturbs other campers or does not comply with the above internal regulations, the manager or his representative may give them a verbal or written warning to cease the disorder.
If disturbances do not stop the manager can terminate the contract with immediate effect.
In the event of a criminal offense the police will be asked to intervene and civil and/or criminal proceedings will be initiated.
