Internal rules

1. Admission
   

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative.

Les mineurs doivent être accompagnés de leurs parents ou tuteur légaux. Le fait de séjourner sur le terrain du camping implique l'acceptation des dispositions du présent règlement et l'engagement de s'y conformer. Toute infraction pourra entraîner l'expulsion de son auteur avec recours aux forces de l'ordre si nécessaire.

No one can set up their main residence at campsite.

Double-axle caravans are not allowed. Please contact the managers.

L'établissement est fermé jusqu’au 15 avril et du 01 octobre au 15 avril de l'année suivante sauf locations hivernales de chalets. Il ne pourra être dérogé en aucune manière à cette règle, personne n’étant autorisé à pénétrer dans les lieux.

2. Police procedures 

Pursuant to the article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and Right of asylum, the foreign nationality travelers must complete and sign, upon their arrival, an individual police record, containing:

1 ° Surname and first name(s);

2 ° Date and place of birth;

3 ° Nationality;

4 °Address.

Children under the age of 15 may appear on a parent's card.

3. Setting up 

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be set up on the pitch and upon instructions given by the manager or his representative.

Les usagers devront respecter l'esthétique générale du terrain de camping, notamment, la parcelle ne devra être encombrée d'aucune autre installation, ou biens meubles autre que la caravane, ou le mobil-home, conformément à la réglementation sur l'hôtellerie de plein air.

4. Reception desk 

Reception desk is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

At the reception desk, you will find all the information on the services available on the campsite, shopping, sport facilities, tourist attractions and useful addresses.

You can also start a complaining procedure at the desk.

5. Check-in and Check-out procedures
   

Les redevances sont payées au bureau d'accueil à l’arrivée, déduction faite de votre acompte. Leur montant est fixé suivant le tarif affiché.

A ces redevances, s'ajoute la taxe de séjour. Elles sont dues par adulte et selon le nombre de nuits passées sur le terrain.

The check-in time starts at 4 p.m. and finishes at 7 p.m.

The check- out time is up to 11 a.m. for rentals and 1 p.m. for pitches.

Customers should notify the reception desk of their departure the day before.

6. Disturbance and quiet hours 

Guests are kindly requested to avoid all noises and loud discussions which may disturb their neighbors.

Audio devices should be adjusted accordingly. Campers should be as discreet as possible when closing car doors and boots.

Total silence must be kept between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

7. Visitors 

Upon manager's or his representative permission, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be chargeable at a rate which must be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.

Visitors' cars are not allowed in the campsite. 

8. Driving and parking 

A l'intérieur du camping, les véhicules doivent rouler à une vitesse limitée à 10 Km/heure et respecter la signalisation intérieure. La circulation est interdite entre 22 heures et 7 heures. Un seul véhicule est autorisé par emplacement sauf accord de la direction et paiement de la redevance supplémentaire.

Parking is strictly prohibited on the sites usually occupied by the accommodation, unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking should not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

Parking in the outdoor car park: users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their vehicle and equipment, the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of damage, breakage or theft.

9. Facilities maintenance 

Everyone is invited to take care of the cleanliness, hygiene and the good aspect of the campsite and its facilities, especially sanitary facilities.

It is forbidden to throw wastewater on the ground or in the gutters.

Clients must empty wastewater

in the facilities provided for this purpose.

The car washing is not allowed on the campsite.

Household garbage, waste of all kinds, and paper must be sorted and placed in the containers provided for this purpose.

The back yard is a private area. It is strictly forbidden to access it without the agreement of the managers and to deposit anything there.

All vegetation and flowers must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, to cut branches, to plant without the prior agreement of the managers.

It is not allowed to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.

Any degradation committed to vegetation, fences, land or installations of the campsite will be subject to compensation.

The pitch used during the stay must be kept in the same condition as the camper found it upon their arrival. 

10. Security 
    

1. a) Fire

It is strictly prohibited to set an open air fire (wood, charcoal, etc). Stoves must be kept in good conditions and not be used in a hazardous way.

In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers should be used when necessary.

A first aid kit is available at the reception desk.

1. b) Cigarettes

Smokers are advised to remain very careful when smoking outside of their residence. It is strictly forbidden to drop cigarette ends on the ground. The use of ashtrays is compulsory.

1. c) Theft

Signaler tout de suite au responsable la présence dans le camping de toute personne suspecte. Les usagers sont invités à prendre les précautions habituelles pour la sauvegarde de leur matériel entreposé sur le camping. La Direction n'étant pas le dépositaire et le gardien des objets et matériels.

11. Games and playgrounds 

No violent games can be organized near the facilities.

Playgrounds are available to children under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. It is imperative to respect the age groups of each game. Access to the various collective facilities such as playgrounds, swimming pool, is under the full responsibility of the users. Unaccompanied visitors and unaccompanied minors are not allowed in the facilities.

12. Swimming

Depending on weather conditions, the swimming area may be open from July 01 to August 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The management may decide to extend or reduce the opening hours/days.

1. a) Access

Free access to the pond is strictly reserved to campers. They must comply with the health and safety rules. Showering prior to the access is compulsory.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents who assume the exclusive supervision and responsibility.

The management and its employees decline all responsibility of accidents within the swimming .

Strictly forbidden in the swimming area are:

- animals - smoking - swimming with shoes others than water shoes All waste must be thrown in the bins provided for this purpose.

1. b) Liability

Campers are committed to observe the internal rules upon their admission to the campsite. Swimming is not supervised and swimmers take the whole responsibility of their behaviour and security. The management or its representative may occasionally check if internal rules of the swimming area are kept. In case of non-respect, the badly behaving person can be temporarily or permanently not allowed in the area.

13. Pets

Pets must not be left walking free on the campsite. They cannot be locked up inside all alone in the absence of their owner, who are civilly responsible for them. They must not disturb others or affect safety and cleanliness of the campsite. Their droppings must be collected.

Pets are forbidden in the showers.

Visitors cannot bring their pets.

Le client devra alors fournir une attestation d’assurance et de vaccination le concernant en conformité avec le règlement intérieur et les notes de service. Les chiens de 1ère catégorie « chiens d’attaque » (pit-bulls...) et de 2ème catégorie « chiens de garde et de défense» (rottweiler...) sont interdits.

For any animal an additional fee will be applied according to the posted rates.

14. Storage option 

Equipment may not be left unoccupied on the campsite unless upon the manager’s agreement and only at the indicated area. This service is payable according to the rates on display.

15. Caravans –mobile homes

Les caravanes et mobil homes devront garder en permanence leurs moyens de mobilité, à savoir : - Roues munies de bandage pneumatique- Moyen de remorquage- Dispositif réglementaire de freinage et signalisation.

Chaque caravane peut installer un auvent en toile démontable devant ou sur le côté. Il est formellement interdit d'en mettre deux. Aucun aménagement ne peut être réalisé sur les emplacements sans avoir obtenu au préalable et par écrit l'autorisation du gestionnaire.

Les emplacements seront uniquement destinés à usage de loisirs, à l'exclusion de toutes activités industrielles, commerciales ou artisanales, ou en général professionnelles. Les usagers ne pourront en aucun cas y élire domicile, y installer leur résidence principale.

16. Fences

Il est interdit d'ajouter aux clôtures délimitant les emplacements d'autres bornages sans autorisation écrite de la Direction.

17. Campsite managers

Ils sont responsables de l'ordre et de la bonne tenue du camp. Ils ont le devoir de sanctionner les manquements graves au règlement et si nécessaire, d'expulser leurs auteurs. Les comportements irrespectueux, voire agressifs envers les gestionnaires ou les clients, entrainent l’expulsion sans préavis.

18. Degradation

Any damage and reparations will be charged to their authors. It is emphasized that children are under their parents’ responsibility.

19. Display

The internal rules and evacuation instructions are posted in the panels provided for this purpose and at the reception desk. They can be given to the customers upon request and are available on internet. The rules can be modified at any time and without further notice.

20. Breach of internal regulations

In case a resident constantly disturbs other campers or does not comply with the above internal regulations, the manager or his representative may give them a verbal or written warning to cease the disorder.

If disturbances do not stop the manager can terminate the contract with immediate effect.

In the event of a criminal offense the police will be asked to intervene and civil and/or criminal proceedings will be initiated.
